People can connect an assistant they already use, let it prepare research answers and approve the submissions that earn rewards.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, UNITED STATES, October 22, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The AI assistant a person already uses can take on a new kind of task: preparing answers to paid consumer research. Moonlit now provides connection guides for 14 AI apps and agents.
The service from Vulture Labs supports ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Vibe (formerly Le Chat) and Perplexity, along with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Goose, OpenClaw, Hermes, Antigravity and Muse. Connection methods and available tools depend on the app and the person’s plan.
The work follows the same pattern. A company asks a research question. A participant’s assistant looks for relevant information it is allowed to access, prepares an answer and shows the person the draft and reward. The person approves or declines. Accepted answers earn rewards after verification.
For questions about purchases, an assistant with suitable email access can look for an order confirmation or billing record. If it lacks the necessary information, it should say so. Connecting an assistant does not create evidence it cannot access or guarantee that paid tasks will be available.
Moonlit uses connector authorization where supported and restricted keys for other setups. Its connection guides explain how to configure access without pasting a secret key into a chat. Some apps support recurring checks for work; others require the person to ask.
The aim is to put paid research within a familiar workflow. People keep their existing assistant, review each answer and receive the reward for accepted contributions. Companies receive aggregated research rather than access to individual inboxes.
U.S. adults 18 and over can find their app’s guide at https://askmoonlit.com/setup. Rewards have a seven-day verification hold, with Stripe payouts available when the ready balance reaches $20. Research buyers can check audience availability at https://askmoonlit.com/research.
